MY FINAL REFLECTION
Throughout this assignment I have been introduced to a lot of new information about stereotypes. Essentially my goal was to answer the question " In what ways do stereotypes effect the choices and decisions of our youth". In the begining this seemed like a great question and I belived I would be able to answer my question with ease along with retrieveing alot of usefull info. As I furtherd my research...I realized how broad of a topic I had chosen . Stereotyping is very common and I have come to the conclusion that there is no real reson for stereotyping but is just more of a natural reaction . We all have an inner instinct to surround ourselves with familiar settings and or people. I have also decided that there is no direct answer to my question . I believe this because stereotypes can only affect the choices one makes if he or she lets them . I didnt have this exact outlook on the situation when I began my project . I have learned that the best solution for stereotyping is not to address it as a problem because that only adds to the controversy but to inform others of what exactly is going on . Because when people make unintelligent statements it creates unneccessary problems . People should take the time to learn more about others and try and to relate to other people . Knowledge is power and the more we know about things is the more we realize how little we actually know . I am happy that I have researched this topic because it has broadend my veiws on the subject of stereotypes . I have to say that my overall opinion on the subject has changed for the better . In the begining I believed that "stereotypes " where the cause of the problems when its actually just misinterpretations . A lot of time problems within a race are not understood by people outside of that race (not always race but categories in general) when one group does something that another group does not understand they tend to feel threatened .That might not be the case at all but people are scared of what they dont understand . This encourages me to want to learn more about different races and cultures

Final Reflection
Through out my search in becoming a professional bodybuilding I have learned many things . I learned that its just not about lifting heavy weights . Not knowing what kind of food to eat for your selected diet is a disadvantaged to the average man. Some of the things that I have use from my search is workout plan. I have completely change my workouts and the time I get them done. I learned that its important to have meals every couple hours, healthy amount of multivitamins, and protein.
During my search I ran into vitamin and protein plan. protein should be taken three times a day ,morning ,midday and night. They say when taken multivitamins, they should be taken during a meal.In my own experience, I have taken some other dietary supplements. I use creatine for a while , until I had a major cramp. I found out that I was not drinking enough water. I research that a while ago ,on my own concern.
Resistance is important key when working out, its what makes you really cut and fit. when talking to some one who never workout before, they be confused in what you are talking about ,that is perfectly normal. Most people just do resistance for the looks it gives you. I go for the power and strenghting that most people cant do ,or are to lazy. I always do resistance anyway. For example resistance is doing lots of pulleys and wheels, elastic resistance bands.
Gaining weight is very important to getting big ,sometimes it can be very hard for people who have fast metabolisms . When I research this concept ,I found some interesting tips. When posting questions on message boards, I got results back. The first guy told me to carry a big loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter. Another subject told me to eat lots of corn. I was recommended to take a weight gainer supplement , and eat lots of snacks.

My Final Reflection
This project has made me learn alot about rebuilding confidence and the meaning of confidence.I think that without confidence you wouldn't succeed in life and society. I learned that keeping your confidence would prove that you are ready for the real world. Everybody has a problem with having confidence and loosing confidence. One of the best ways to rebuild your confidence is to talk to people close to you. In order to get far in life you would have to believe in yourself and do what is best for you. There are some things in life that makes people learn how to use confidence by resolving lifetime problems. Every since I did research on this project my confidence in life has been improved and used more. If there are certain situations that can cause you to give up on whatever you do that involves loosing your confidence, you can always redeem yourself by going to see a therapist. This project was my therapist by giving me the answer to my question and showing me so many ways on how to get that confidence that I lost back into my life. Everyday I meet certain conflicts that test me on how much confidence I have or how quick I can loose it like for instance trying to stay out of trouble. Rebuilding your confidence would show people how good of a person you are during tough situations. Life would be hard for people if they didn't know about these good strategies on how to gain back the confidence you've lost. The main thing that was successful about this research was how the useful information came to me quickly. The answers that my classmates gave me had much character and vision that helped me get more serious with my project. In the future I would use my confidence wisely everywhere I traveled to. Confidence is used in many things all around the world like for example basketball games and teaching others kids about the basic things about life. There are so many amazing ways on how confidence can be used and ways on how you can gain that confidence back. I am thankful for having this project because it really helps me with my lifetime problems. I will never forget tihs project and how it gave me important feedback because this has proved that anbody can do anything. Everyone can make a difference with confidence by knowing how to use it.Having confidence is like a gift that you would need all your life.

A FEW OTHER PEOPLES THOUGHTS
Today I decide that I would ask a few people my essential question and see what all there different responses were . While doing this I received alot of good insight on how my peers felt about my topic . These interviews gave me a different perspective on how other kids in my age group feel about my topic. I interveiwed a few people of different genders and racial backgrounds including my teacher Mr.Malley . I asked each person the same 5 questions 1.How do you feel about stereotypes ? 2.how do you think people stereotype you ? 3.In what ways do you feel that you stereotype other people ? 4.Do you have an example of a stereotypical situation ? 5.then last but not least i asked them to answer my essential question" In what ways do you think stereotypes affect the choices and decisions our youth make ?
Each persons interveiw stood out to me a little in different ways but it seem they all had one particular veiw in common Kiera stated that when it comes to sterotypes " it is what it is" and she feels that " Stereotypes kids by making them feel as if they have to fit certain personas ". This seemed to be the attitude of everyone I interviewed . Terrell Leslie said "If people want you to be a certain way then you are going to be that way " One persons interview who stood out to me the most was Roberto Gonzalez. Roberto stated that " People stereotype themselves because of lack of knowledge ...They try and fit the stereotypes they are given, But you have to learn to follow before you can lead " Last but not least I interviewed my Teacher Mr . Malley . Being an English teacher I knew he would have some interesting thoughts .When I asked him how he felt about stereotypes he stated that they " are genarally unfair ...as any type of prejudice or pre judging is ...think human beings often result to easily understood categories because it is perceived to be safer or easier". He also states that " People become self-fullfilling prophecies because who people perceive them to be ". So basically everyone felt nearly the same about the subject. "PEOPLE WANT TO BE ACCEPTED" and I have just about come to a conclusion of how to answer my essential question.

music imapct on society : reaflection
During my resarch I found alot of information that I didnt know. I have found alot of cool stuff to for example like When you listen to music it make every part of your body move (doris soibelman author of Therapeuticand Industrial Uses of Music). Or when I found that survey that 2760 teens throught the age of 14 to 16 years of age, this survey showed that teens listen to music aleast 40 hours a week that I realy didnt know. Also when its talks about how hospital uses music as a thearpy for some patients thats going throw problems in the head. I also learn that we as american listen to music every day but little do we know music hlep more than we think.Music help relax our mines and hlep us make life decesion, it keep u going down the right path or keep u going down the wrong path. the problem I had with my project was at the beggining I thought i could find on how music can impact on are future and are past and are persent. I found out there not enough information that would tell u how music have a impact on our future. So I took the future out and the past and just put society. Music been around for years even in romans times music was a big play in the soceity. Sometime music set a setting like if its a scary movie and somebody about to come out and kill somebody it bluid suspense. Imaging if there was no music in t he world and everything was just quit. It would be pertty boring i think. I think music play a big roll in the world without music where would the world be. At the end of my search i have found the definition of music. Many different scientist have there on definition but towards the end I could never realy find a grind. People say its a unwanted noise or sound ,another one is a sound created by its maker and The last is publicly through the medium of a performer, or privately by a performer as listener(Irving Godt). So out of all these scientist and people that made up there on definition I made up my on definition. I think music is the sound that comes from your heart its like a way for your heart to speak to one another for example if a person love somebody they would sometimes use music to show that effection. The same way in the bad way if somebody hate somebody, they would listen to music to ethier make them mader or for solution to make it better. So music to me is a way to express the way u feel towards somebody or about something, its like a effections its like a feeling. So the questions I have for you is what is music to you ?? how do you feel about music in today society??? and did music effect your life ?. I think I have found all the information that I was looking for, I am realy happy about my my topic choose. I learn alot about music that I thought I have already known but I didnt.

Music impact on today society :5
Now that i had found what music did how music make u feel. Now i had to find out the real definition of music. Irving Godt said poeple like Philosophers, sociologists, and philologists have all defined music. but he had never found the truth definition of music without a grind. he say the defitnition of fashions change with in time .I think music is a culture and many different culture have there on type of music for example African American have mainly hip hop and R&b. The ricans mainly have reggathon. Whites often listen to pop or rock music. But the one music that brings all blacks, whites, ricans and all other ethnics races is jazz music. Everybody listen to jazz music no matter whats races cause of its smooth and relaxing sound. Its relaxes the brian and themind its clear stress. Irving Godt said Different cultures have different ideas about music. Must we accept all of them, or just some of them? Among some peoples, music is inseparably associated with some event, activity, or behaviour; it has no real existence apart from those associations. In different dictornary the definition of music is brought to you in many different ways, first way music is deplays is unwanted sound or noise. Another one is a sound created by its maker and The last is publicly through the medium of a performer, or privately by a performer as listener(Irving Godt). I think the definition of music is vioce of your heart. like steve wonder and micheal jackson all the music they made it came from the heart and thats why everybody listen and relate to certian type of music. They ethier went throught it or going throught it and music that people make can hlep them make "LIFE" decsion.

Rebuilding your confidence week 4
Confidence has been one of the most important things around the world.I have viewed it as something you should always have.Rebuilding confidence is better than the confidence that you have lost. The conference board has dropped down in percentages after the horrible hurricane katrina accident that just recently happened. The thing that the conference board did that was amazing was that they still tried to keep the percentages in sales at a constant rate.this research was interesting because I was about the conference board not giving up on what they had to get done. Many consumers have been wanting the percentage of sales to decrease but they have surprisingly increased in april.I didn't understand how they rebuilt their confidence and improved in the way they spent their money.

PLANS THAT BODY BUILDERS GO THROUGH
During my search on google ,I ran in to bodybuilding.com . I found out they got routines and/or programs. they have too keep a strict diet too keep a certain weight to compete in events. For example ,when taking dietary supplements they need to take a certain amount and\or kinds. Me myself I take multi-vitaims and whey protein Morning ,midday, and night. A good tip is to believe in changing routines every now and then.

Rebuilding your Confidence week 3
I think that rebuilding your confidence can make things easier for everyone.I noticed that you can use many easy techniques for gaining and rebuilding your confidence. You can participate in physical activities like play basketball and go to boxing lessons. This issue can get to your inner mind causing you to take time and think about your life. There are many people that have their own personal issues with life and they can't handle them the right way. Some people would run around causing trouble or hit people for no reason.Therapy is another solution to regaining your confidence and also talking to people who really know you well.If you are a person who can accept being criticized on your problems then you are a person who can make a difference in your life. There is another way of regaining your confidence and that is hypnosis.Hypnosis relaxes your mind and body at the same time getting rid of the stress and problems in your life.I think that it makes things easier in life and also society.

The Impact That Music Have On The Past week:3
Now music have a lot of impact as we know as of today. But the question I wanted to know is how have music have a impact on the past. So I look it up and it took me to web site that talks about "Impact Of Music Of The Harlem Renaissance". Now everybody know that that harlem was a rich in histroy and culture. Harlem was the birth place of jazz and the blues. On this web it talk how harlem was the place to be if you was a black african american. Since in the 1920s throught the 1940s in New York if you was black you was not included as a "New Yorker". But at this time many black was employed in clubs and bars as musicians. even thought blacks had to play in clubs and bars they was not allowed to come in the clubs on there off time(Hillard). There are some great exceptional writers such as W.E.B. Dubois and Langston Hughes. Harlem was the birth place of jazz cause that wear u first heard any type of jazz. Jazz change the face of the earth it bring a

RESEARCH ON STEREOTYPES
As I have further my research I have realized how very common stereotyping is on many different levels .Its not hard to look around and see the stereotyping happen before your own eyes . Racial profiling and unfair judgemants of people , Just by walking through the mall you can notice how easily people seperate themselves into groups and categories . Its always "Them from us " or "their behavior from our behavior ".During the course or my research I went to the -media awareness network- where I read on article on stereotypes it stated that "Stereotypes can be either positive ("black men are good at basketball") or negative ("women are bad drivers"). But most stereotypes tend to make us feel superior in some way to the person or group being stereotyped. Stereotypes ignore the uniqueness of individuals by painting all members of a group with the same brush." This paragraph stood out to me because of the last sentence ".. IGNORE THE UNIQUENESS OF INDIVIDUALS BY PAINTING ALL MEMBERS OF A GROUP WITH THE SAME BRUSH " .I personally can relate to this because theres been times where I have felt as if society has somewhat "labeled" us. Growing up in the projects always brought that to my attention because of how often people would make degrading comments about the place I called home . This effects our point of veiw on things in a large way wether you are as fortunate as I was to realize it ....or not .The feeling of being looked down upon is never a good one. So when people feel this way they tend to hover towards people who are more like themselves . Thus being the start of the seperation between groups ... I wonder If im the only one who thinks his way sometimes but....whats wrong with different ?? Is it bad to be unique?? OF COURSE NOT !!!!!! . As I have gotten older I realized how much people really want to "fit in" everyone has a feeling inside of them that wants to be wanted or accepted . Children should have a decent relationship with there parents and a sense of reassurance should be installed in them at an early age by the parents .... but as we know theres not always a direct parental figure in every childs household . When theres no immediate oulet this feeling often results in youths joining gangs for a false sense of family or brotherhood .Then to acheive in order to please the people they feel are there friends , they do sometimes dangerous and wrong things. ... Why ???All because of the fear people have of "different " . People are afraid of things that they dont understand and nobody wants to be an outcast .This only adds fuel to the fire ! ... My outlook on this is that children should be taught at a young age about first there own culture and religious background , Then introduced to other cultures and ways of life . I think that if you have never had the experience you should join a family of a different ethnic background as yours for dinner. This helps open your eyes to other ways of life and you can eventually learn just to accept people for themselves

Rebuilding Confidence week two
Having confidence and knowing how to use your confidence are two important things that makes you succeed in life.It is also important to know when you have lost that confidence that you had before you lost it.During my second week of research I noticed how this one specific article jst blew my mind away. This article showed how one man loses hope on his voting system.I didn't understand how he came so far to start his voting system that he would just give up on it.Then after he found out that his voting system that counted the votes for that day was broken he lost confidence in geeing more people to vote. The whole situation to me was absolutely resolving.Even though the system couldn't count anymore votes, he gained his confidence back and called for repair on the voting system. My interest in this article was ok because It showed how he handled his situation in a positive way instead of just going crazy and losing his mind.

music impact on today youth week :2
On this web page i found a little more information on how music impact on todays Youth. They had did a survey onyouth in southeastern citys in America . A survey of 2760 teens throught the age of 14 to 16 years of age, this survey showed that teens listen to music aleast 40 hours a week.it also told me that if u start listening to music at a young age for example rock or hip hop. It would unflunce who u are?? or how you are?? when u get older, and your parents influnce your other half so its like 50/50.I think thats kinda of scary if u tell me cause of the music that youth listen to today. All its talk about is having sex and killing and dogging our young beutiful ladys today. so if music influnce my genrations in the past and our genrations is bad as it is. that would tell how our up coming genratiuons would be, by the music we listen today cause today music is worser than the music we listen to back in the past. So that leave u with a qeustion how our music today effects our youth torrmrow???

music impact on our teens post ;4
I had went on the web site and it had talk about the negative aprt of music such as rap music. this publisher name Ed Gordon said that he personally hate rap and the SUB creaters of rap. he talks about how the youth today should aviod rap cause every week you hear a new rapper gettin shot .He also talk about how parents dont heve no control over the teens cause there teens are ethier brianwash or there parents are teens actors there self. He says the only people raising there kids now is Bet,MTV. and hollywood . I persnally think that rappers have to alittle to do with the way people act. I think it is base ln there parents if there parents is a good influnce around them and the people they around is a good influnce. they can listen to rap and all that all they want. But form the good guidence they have by there older peers and elders, they know there right from wrong. And they know whats good and whats bad at a younger age. But if they dont have that parent or that role model to show them right from wrong. Than they see people like rappers on tv talking about guns and "B" this and "B" that . Who else they going to look up to. its only idealis rappers and thats how people think who they are not. But the thing i want to know is the real meaning of music the definition of music. what does musci realy mean ?????

Packing On Muscle
Ever since I,ve been workingout i wanted to gain weight to look bigger. In my research i,ve look at other peoples post ,and commets . They tell the me to carry a loaf of bread with a peanut butter jar, and just snack all day.Another response said to eat corn. Experts recommend me take a weightgain shake. The big problem is shakes are not cheap. When making a good shake,or great tasting shake, you want to have fruits and juices. OH YEAH !!! MAKE SURE YOU GOT A BLENDER. As I researched Ive realized how common stereotyping is ...when you actually look for it . Its hard not to look around and see the racial profiling and stereotypical hate from one another(.. actually kind of sad) . Just Think of a time where you have walked around the mall... you can notice how people seperate themselves . categorizes themselves them from us "their behavior" from "our behavior". Very common right ???? The next question I ask is why where did people learn to

Getting Big Shoulders
I found this information looking for something else ,but if made very interested in getting shoulders like a gymnast's. The type,s of things they told me is that gymnasts, don't even train with weights.I was so amazed .What I read was they start off with stretching for 20 minutes then take a quick run too get the blood running. They mostly do resistence workouts. Resistences is mostly pulleys ,running with weights behind your back. Another workout is pulling on big rubber bands made for working out.I understand that you have to be athletically commit to see any results and i am willing to force my body in that state of being.

How to rebuild confidence week one
There are many ways to rebuild your confidence and those ways can relax your body. One way is to take time out of your life and relax your body by stretching and exercise.Another way is to talk to a counselor or a close friend about your problems and concerns.I have the right research that can show me how people figure ways to get the confidence that they lost back into their daily lives.I think that you should never give up on anything in life and to stay focused on whatever goal that you are trying to accomplish. My interest in this project is at a very high level and I am glad I picked this topic because I wanted to find the basic ways on how to rebuild your confidence. You can also make a difference if you gain back your confidence because there should be no reason on why that confidence should be lost in the first place.

"What effects do stereotypes have on the decisions and choices of todays youth ?"
My question is "What effects do STEREOTYPES have on the decisions and choices of our youth ???".... This question interests me because I grew up dealing with stereotypes as did almost everyone else. But over the years Ive met a variety of people , people of many different races and backgrounds and cultures . I have seen many situations where sterotypes have been the fuel for controversy between groups . There are stereotypes in race, culture ,occupation, nationality ...etc. Growing up I feel the biggest controversy was between race groups because it was brought to my attention the most . Many confrontations with groups of other races or other neighborhoods arose where fights would often break out . I spent a good majority of my childhood in the projects. This was a very different atmosphere , there were many personalities who influenced my views against different groups of people .This was because I would here stories from people who I looked up to about how they viewed different groups I was not familiar with. These people I looked up to I basically let think for me and influence me to do things that might not of done on my own. As I got older i was eventually able to think for myself ... but i had already done alot of things that I couldnt get back! The next question that comes to my mind was that how many other people make the same mistakes , and why ? maybe if people were more knowledgeable things could change. How many other ways can stereotypes affect us ? (positve or negative)

GETTING BIG
The main reason i became interested in working out is my dad . I would see him go in the garage every other day. One day i just worked out with him and after that i could not stop. I got addicted with this daily task.
I know working out is healthy for you. Makes you physically and mentally stronger. Reliefs stress, self confiendence.I know all kinds of workouts for every bodypart. What supplements to take and not to take.Correct positions or stances.ALWAYS HAVE A SPOTER.I know drinking water is very important for the body.I know programs for skinney and over weight people.I know if you anit serious about workingout you will never see or feel a difference.
INTRO
Many people today always live with their ups and downs. It takes alot to do things that you want to do or don't want to do.I remember my days when confidence was in me and those days when confidence just packed its bags and went it's own way.Sometimes I think about this everyday and it really bothers me when I loose my confidence.I wanted to know how I can rebuild my own confidence in many specific ways. There is this thought in my mind that tells me that once you rebuild your confidence, there is no way you can loose the confidence you rebuilt.

how have music impact the people today and how have music impact people in the past
I became interested in the subject because music been part of are life's for years. But i always Wonder, how have music have a impact on are community today.did it also had a impact on the our past . I did a little research and found out that music apart of history before time and help us in some ways. For example the the underground railroad they use songs to make hints to other slaves members that was trying to escape. The song will give them hints to either run from slaves owners or for directions just in case they get lost.
Music have influenced me since i was a little boy. For example i was younger i would sit in the car listening to my mom singing her favorite slow jams. Or my grandma dancing to her Mary J Blidge Cd's with my little sister in arms. Music help me bring back memories that i have long forgotten, like my mom and dad wedding or my first dance Even my first kiss. Its also bring back bad thought like fights i seen at party's and even people i have lost in the past that like certain songs.
I want to find out is how music influence other people in are society. How have music effected people life in the past and in the future, what type of music

My first horror story
The details and the way the book is written actually reminds me of a movie ! The way the story pulls you in slowly and has the ability to hold you at the edge of your seat is great . This is actually the first Stephen King book i have read and I seem to notice how how detailed and descriptive his stroies are .I can understand how many of his books became great horror movies . The author can capture you in his words and time and time again you find yourself not able to put the book down . This book is actually the first horror book I have ever read besides Goosebumps in grammer school! I can say i really enjoyed the first novel in this collage of stories by Stephen King . How do you feel about horror stories ?

The effects of setting pg. 1-100
Small town like ann island, few people around.Mainly big homes worked by maids throught all seasons of they year.Everybody knows everybody, once something significant happenes it seems to past around to every one. What makes this book intresting is the absence of people ,few witnesses and no protection.people can get away with things much easier.
Back in the day!
This book was published in the 80's but being a collaboration of 4 of Stephens early novels some of them were written in the 70's. The setting of the story takes place i believe in the 50's . The feel of the story is somewhat antique the characters remind me of the cast of "Grease" but less musical and more kept together . This story is a good one and i feel that it will continue to be for more years to come . I enjoy reading stories set in times and places that im unfamiliar with it gives me a sample or a taste of how differnt life would be . How about you ? How do you feel about books in different time settings ?

Memories by: Dean Koontz pages:28
Being dpressed and sad is something that youi can't live with all the time. Its ok to move on but there is time to think back of those times that those people made you feel good or special. As Joe was driving from the beach,he decided to stop near the cemetery and pay his respects to his family that he misses so much. When he got to the cemetery,he notices how tthe time in his life was traveling by him slowly as he walked closer to their graves. He finally reached their graves so that he cn express his love for them by crying qietly.I never had a moment to appear at a cemetery to pay my respects to anyone. If I did go I would know what to do or say during the time that I was there. Many poeple that I know inspired me before they passed away like for instance Tupac Shakur and my grandmother on my dad's side of the family.Have you ever paid respects to anybody that passed away?how did it feel?

Hard Times by:Dean Koontz pages:23
This is the part of the story that gets more technical and understanding.Joe is going through alot after his wife and his daughter dies and he is having a hard time living without them.A week later after the crash, he decides to take a ride to the beach with his cooler of beer. While he's sitting there on the beach he notices two men wih walkie talkies and hawaiian shirts. In a matter of time, he goes to the beach restroom to unfocuse their off of him. Then he pays a little boy to check and see what the men were doing and where they were. After Joe finds out where they are and things start to calm down,he ives the little boy thirty dollars for his help and leaves the bathroom.Further on, Joe goes back to his spot on the beach and drinks another cold beer to relax his mind.I had many hard times in my life and they were tragic moments to remember.Have you ever had these problems in your life?

My Impression by: Rodney Rainey
So far, this book makes me want to write a book myself because it some how relates to my life.I remember those days when I lost somebody important in my life like for instance my grandmother on my dad's side that I never got the opportunity to meet.Soon hope to see her very soon when my time is up.This was how Joe felt when he was driving southward down to the sunrise near the beach where he would see other people having a good time.I felt just like him missing very important people in life that I loved and adored all my that inspired me.At first,my impression was ok but then I read the paragraph in chapter three that explains how he missed his wife and daughters,I just wanted to stop reading the book because that reminded me of the day I heard that my grandmother passed away.Have you ever felt this way about any close to you that passed away?
Getting it on
The Bachman books,by Stephen Kings
pgs 1-170
This book is a collection of 4 Stephen Kings early novels. He published these books under the psuedonym of Richard Bachman. The 4 stories the book contains are called "RAGE","THE LONG WALK","ROADWORK"and "THE RUNNING MAN".My impression of the book so far is a good one. I have read "RAGE" and the author delivers a well balanced amount of suspense thoughout the story with his main character Charlie Denver . A high school senior in a small town of Placerville. Charlie is a unique boy who has ... what can I say ? alot of bottled up aggression ! . Charlie is an extremley intresting specimen and soon after he takes his first murder victim(Mrs.Underwood his school teacher shot in the head inside of her classroom ....)he calmly takes the class hostage ,after announcing to the cheif of police that they were to remain out or he would take another victim(even though he tells his peers he wouldnt harm anyone) he begins slowly sharing his secrets with his peers. Gradually telling them about his dramatic chilhood that is considerably the fuel for the fire that is burning in Placerville High. He explains how his life was with his abusive war veteran father and how he was more his moters child and his father despised him for that. The awkward feelings and emotions of Charlie and his peers create an extremley sensitive setting for a group discussion wich occured students telling about their personal experiences with there teaher lying in cold blood on the floor !

Horror by: Rodney Rainey
My definition of horror is like when scary things happen for no reason. In most scary movies or stories the characters would make the wrong decisions. This genre shows acton and mystery and that is the type of books I read often.I am glad that we picked this genre because it really makes me more interested in reading more books.

Soul Survivor by: Dean Koontz Pages Read:17
One thing that I can say about this book is that the more I read it, it feels as if I was there. Joe Carpenter is a man with determination that was involved in a plane crash that was claimed to have three hundred people killed with no survivers.I think that this book has a good impression on me because it shows much detail and can be never forgotten.I like people that are determined to figure out and solve problems even though they don't have alot of evidence. This reminds me of a day when I was walking to the basketball court in the Delaware Park.I was shooting around and a 35 year old man that was 6 foot 6 asked can he play me one-on-one.I was very determined to win and I knew not to ever give up.With time flying by,I had these thoughts in my head the so much that I played hard and won the game. What skills do you have that would make you a survivor?

Point of View
The story is told in many ways .The first way i recongized was the third person, she talks about her self dicussing when she was younger and worker for the lady she apperantly killed . The second view i recongized was the second person , when she would tell stories about others in the past .Also at the same time she is being investagated by the two detectives .Furhter reading will open more point of views, till then?

Horror
We picked horror for a reason . We are interested in the things that happen in the horror , the killing , the scared ,the unexplained . we read for the heart pumping rush, the adrenaline rush.
Horror makes us what to keep reading to see what will happen to whom ever is involved with.

Rodney, nice job finishing your work. This next project I want you to focus on developing your thoughts. Way too skimpy.
